Took my 6 month old hyper Puppy to the woods a few weeks back and I was inspired by the gorgeous subtle scents from a damp forest that we all know so well. I got home and took out a ton of jars, cotton buds and all my Essential Oils and began tests. To do tests I put a few drops of oil on the cotton and then mix up a few in a jar, close the lid and leave for at least an hour but usually a lot longer. I use freshly ground coffee to cleanse my sense of smell between sniffing each. I pick the oils that work best together and then work on levels of each.
